I need to go bathing suit shopping today…I despise bathing suit shopping, so I’d like to get over and done with quickly. Where is your favorite place to buy bathing suits? I would really like a few tankinis. Thanks!
This is SUCH a common mistake! Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE (except maybe a larger older woman) - looks better in a bikini than a tankini. The cut of a tankini - big, rectangle chunks of fabric, exposing a horizontal stripe across the roundest part of your bely - is flattering on no one. It makes everyone look shorter and wider with fewer curves.
If you have a little extra weight (the usual reason for not wanting a bikini) you should understand that a bikini, at least a low rise/hipster type - makes you look THINNER. The long visual line from the hipster to the bikini stretches you out visually, taking the roundness out of your belly area. It draws the eye upward and downward to your best assets.

What can I expect when getting my bikini line tattooed?

They are going to be placed on my bikini line (in line with my hips) and will be running down my thighs a bit. I am not really sure what to expect, and not sure how much I am going to reveal to my tattooist! What usually happens, and how much of my vag is he going to see? I’m going to worried… I just want to know what to expect. And what to wear?
wear a bikini bottom with ties on the side. Then you’ll lie down and untie the sides, but still be covered.
