Most people don’t wear underwear under their swimsuits. Sometimes guys like to wear their boxers underneath their trunks…just fro the looks I guess or maybe because they dn’t like the feel of the wierd netting stuff. But I have never heard of women wearing underwear with their swimsuits except when trying them on in the fitting room…

Not terribly common, but some people do wear it. It happens in America a lot too… sometimes its because of insecurity, and sometimes other reasons. It happens no matter where you are.
