I am 21 and looking for something cute, preferably something that won’t make me look too flat chested. I am blonde with blue eyes just to give you an idea of my coloring. Any suggestions?
Well, since you didn’t specify your body type, I will give you some ideas of what types of swimsuits fit certain types of women. 
If you have more of a pear-shaped body, it’s best to go for a one-piece or a two-piece swimsuit, depending on personal preference. What would you think if you found out that a girl you knew had worn a thong bikini at the beach?

Would it change your opinion of her (would you think she was slutty, hot etc) or would you just think she wanted to minimise her tanlines? For the purposes of this question, she has a toned body, and she could be a friend, work colleague, or even a sister!
Oh, and she didn’t tell you either. Somebody else mentioned it, and she later confirmed it when another person asked her. So it wasn’t like she was trying to broadcast it.
I wouldn’t think anything of it - her life, her choice.
I used to wear them when I was younger.
