Where can I find a plain white halter top style tankini top?

Posted by admin in tankini on 12 23rd, 2011

I would like a PLAIN white tankini top that ties in the back, like a halter top. In a medium or large for (teens/ juniors/ young miss’s) or probably small or medium in (women’s/ ladies). Does anyone know where I can find one?

Have you tried victoriasecret.com? They have a lot of mix and match in plain colors.
Here are some other suggestions:
www.alloy.com
www.delias.com
Both very reasonable, VS is a little more expensive. Good luck!

How to get rid of bikini area razor burn?

Posted by admin in bikini gel on 12 13th, 2011

It has been over a week since I shaved but I still have razor burn. It hurts like crazy. I tried using "bikini zone" gel but it did nothing but burn like crazy! The bumps are in an area that rubs when I walk so there is no just letting it rest. Any suggestions? Please help!

A number of ideas

1) Basic moisturizer. This is simply to stop it chaffing as you say it is painful to walk

2) Black Tea. Not drinking it, but put on the skin. The black tea contains tannins. These have the ability to reduce inflammation (they are anti-inflammatory, which is perfect for helping with bikini area razor burn).

More importantly, to stop your burning, the tannin causes the blood vessels to contract. It s the blood vessels that are likely producing the burning sensation, so will get rid of the pain for you.

3) Chamomile and Tea Tree Oil. Combining these two also helps to reduce the problems that come from a bikini razor burn. Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties, reducing the bikini razor bumps, whilst the tea tree oil has antiseptic properties ensuring that there won’t be any infections on the area.
