How to get rid of bikini area razor burn?

Posted by admin in bikini gel on 12 13th, 2011

It has been over a week since I shaved but I still have razor burn. It hurts like crazy. I tried using "bikini zone" gel but it did nothing but burn like crazy! The bumps are in an area that rubs when I walk so there is no just letting it rest. Any suggestions? Please help!

A number of ideas

1) Basic moisturizer. This is simply to stop it chaffing as you say it is painful to walk

2) Black Tea. Not drinking it, but put on the skin. The black tea contains tannins. These have the ability to reduce inflammation (they are anti-inflammatory, which is perfect for helping with bikini area razor burn).

More importantly, to stop your burning, the tannin causes the blood vessels to contract. It s the blood vessels that are likely producing the burning sensation, so will get rid of the pain for you.

3) Chamomile and Tea Tree Oil. Combining these two also helps to reduce the problems that come from a bikini razor burn. Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties, reducing the bikini razor bumps, whilst the tea tree oil has antiseptic properties ensuring that there won’t be any infections on the area.

what is the best shaving gel/cream to use on your bikini area?

Posted by admin in bikini gel on 11 5th, 2011

one that is very sensitive and does not cause irritation or burning? Thanks

I use conditioner…. yes the same kind of conditioner that you use in your hair! It’s a lot cheaper to buy a knock off brand and you get way more for your money. I’ve found this works best for me! Cuts down on razor burn/shave bumps…

where can i get a slightly padded bikini top?

Posted by admin in bikini gel on 10 13th, 2011

i did have this really nice bikinin top from new look. It was triangles which dont usually work with flat chests but it was padded all over so made them look slightly bigger.
I dont want a bikini with massive gel insters or a bulge of padding but i cant find anymore like this one.
Does anyone know where to get one?
thanks

it may not be the answer your looking for; sorry if its no help.

you could always buy one with (sorry i don’t remember what they r called) but the ones where you can put your own padding in it. then you can choose how much or how little padding you want.

hope that helped

:)
